WAKO IF Rules & Regulations

Kickboxing New Zealand works alongside WAKO IF rules and regulations to ensure fair opportunities for athletes, coaches, and officials at all levels of the sport.

The WAKO Rules Overview outlines the essential guidelines and regulations governing kickboxing competitions worldwide. These rules are designed to promote fairness, safety, professionalism, and consistency across all WAKO-sanctioned events. They provide a clear framework for athletes, coaches, referees, and officials, covering competition standards, conduct, safety requirements, and event regulations. Together, these rules help maintain the integrity, development, and international recognition of the sport of kickboxing.
